On 10.3,
/etc/localtime is a symbolic link on the timezone file, you could=20
try=3D20
kqueue with
EVFILT_VNODE and NOTE_DELETE on the original file linked by=3D20
/etc/localtime.

I'm looking for a robust technique to detect timezone changes that=3D20=

doesn't involve polling. Any pointers?
