Hi,
I found a (rough) solution. I created a new IB file. Then I did:
I copied everything but the MainMenu object from my old Project to the new
IB file. So I got again all of my old classes and windows plus a new fresh
MainMenu menu. Then I conneceted everything again.
Then I verified it worked, then I trashed the old MainMenu.nib file.
Anyway, I think this is a bug in Interface Builder. For my mistake I deleted
the MainMenu object from the IB file, then I didn't find any way to create a
new MainMenu (like a Menu Bar) with the default menu items.
If someone at Apple could take care of this, it should be a nice thing for
all of us. Thank you.
Best Regards

That's not that long to re-connect the actions, taking a fresh nib as
