New Cocoa Documentation

This is only a small sampling of the updates of the Cocoa
documentation. In addition the AppKit and Foundation Reference has
also been updated.


Before anyone gets too knotted up. It looks like there are some bad links in the doc to some rather ancient WebObjects 3.5 documentation rather than the current issue stuff.

I've filed a bug and notified the appropriate folks.
