[OFF] connect.apple.com Asia Pacific mirror broken?

For the last week the Asia Pacific mirror has been running incredibly slowly (<10 KiB/s). Now it's denying access, claiming too many connections. All the other mirrors I've tried are fine (E 150 KiB/s, which is the limit of my connection). Is this a known problem?
