SharedChaches folder

Hi,

Some of my projects contain a folder called 'SharedCaches' within the build folder. It's size is almost 15 MB, even for very small projects! I don't remember seeing this before. Anyone have an idea where they come from? Is there a way to get rid of them, or are they necessary?
