Bundling frameworks within app bundle

Can some one explain to me step by step how can i approach it in Xcode?

I wan't my project to use Iconara and CURLHandle frameworks from within app bundle, so i could install my app by simple dragging app file to Applications folder, and not installing Frameworks into /Library/Frameworks etc...
