use the one in Language.strings since that's the one that the
International prefs panel uses. cs.lproj for Czech.
"cs" = "DeE!tina"; // verCzech: Czech
% open
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/IntlPreferences.framework/Resources/
Language.strings
on Mac OS X 10.3, the tooltip in the Language list edit sheet in the
International prefs panel shows each language in English.

I have two questions,
1 what should the localization folder name be for czech? cz.lproj or
czech.lproj or something else
2 in the international control panel which item is Czech since I don't
read or speak it I don't know.
Thanks for any help
