Basically No.
Why? Simple, because they didn't send it. Someone else did.
Virtually all these virii now forge the from address to another user in
the same address book that they steal the destination address.
Sometimes they just happen to hit a list address with a From: that is
subscribed.
So, while someone on the list is likely infected, it isn't like to be
that user.
Please feel free to directly contact the admins about issues like this
rather than the list.
