I had posted an earlier message about NSMovieView not updating when I
update a movie, unless I resized the window.

If I remove the MovieControl the movie updates properly. Has anyone seen
this? Does anyone have a workaround? I have a temporary one for now,
remove the control.

I'm not sure what exactly you are doing and what it is that is not updating, the view of the movie itself or just the controller or what? From what little I've been able to suss out, have you tried calling -setNeedsDisplay: ?
