Hi all,
Can someone confirm (as is my suspicion, unfortunately) that there is
no way to move views from one containing view to another without
having to redo all the bindings and actions? This has bothered me
from day one (okay, maybe two) so I'm almost at the point where I
don't even want to find out I was wrong anymore. And copying with
intact metadata.. well... life just doesn't get much better than
that.
You have to do the slightly odd copy where you click and hold on the
view, then after a short moment the cursor changes to the copy cursor
and the view gains a shadow. At this point you can drag the view to
its final destination.
Okay, now you've made me look stupid ;-) I went into that mode a few
times by accident, but the copy cursor on that definitely fooled me.
Thanks!
Steven
