Ah, thanks. Searching the archive turned up a couple of mentions of
transferring assets, so I deduced that since the asset is transferrable
-- by definition, to another ADC member who had also agreed to NDA -- it
would be good to go. However from the above I see that it is untrue
unless there is an employee/contract relationship between the two parties.
