Changing colour of null placeholder string (don't want grey)

Hi,

If one has an NSTextField bound to something, and specifies a null
placeholder string, that string will be displayed as a grey colour
(disabledControlTextColor, I think) even if your control uses a custom
colour. I guess that is supposed to be a helpful feature, but in my case
it is an annoyance. I can't see anything in IB to override this. Can it
be done?

Thanks!
