Looking through the archives there was talk about trying to get Apple's RaisedEditor example publicly released. Anyone know the possibility of that still happening? Or has anyone come up with a good example of making AddressBook/iCal type inspectors? I wonder why Apple would want to keep that stuff hidden after already making an example.

Check out the source for Tryst, at <http://www.trystx.com/development.html>. Francisco Tolmasky, the author, has re-implemented an address-book-like interface of the style you're speaking, although apparently without the various bugs that exist in the Apple version (I've no idea what they are; I'm just taking his word for it :) ). It's GPL, although Francisco is open to other offers, I believe...
