"Dependancy analysis" build error

I am getting six of the following errors. The are not all the same but very similar. Can someone tell me what is going on and what I can do to stop this from happening?
Dependency analysis: auxiliary file path '/Users/username/Desktop/Application/build/Application.build/application.build/PkgInfo'has unexpanded file references
I have tried a lot of different things including deleting all class files and remaking them from scratch and I continue to get these errors. If you want to see the other five errors, I'll be happy to post them as well.
