Yes, i started it, they asked to come over here. I would not have asked
again but i searched the cocoa dev archives and came up with some
answers that dated back a bit, so i thought id ask again in the right
place.

Not currently. There was a thread today asking pretty much the exact
same thing on carbon-dev which you might find interesting.
