Just curious,

Does anybody play the .mov's on their laptop?

I was wondering which laptops the fans kick in? On my 800 DVI I'm guaranteed to have the fan kick in just after starting Quicktime from the DVD.

Do the newer AI books do this?

The "Start Here" (or whatever it's called) app sucks up something like 30% processor on my iBook at all times (even when it's "idle" in the background), so that might be contributing to it. Of course it's unnecessary to have open.
