I am new to the Mac development.. I cant seem to find the MRJ application builder in my machine. either it is not installed or i am not looking where it is supposed to be. I have Mac OsX 10.3 installed . If its not installed can i download it from somewhere.

Are you talking about the "JAR bundler" application that creates double-clickable .app packages from Java classes? If so you can find it under "/Developer/Applications/Java Tools"

You need to have XCode (Developer Tools) installed on your machine though. It used to come on a CD with some Apple hardware, but you'll probably want to get the latest version. If so, go to <http://developer.apple.com> and register for a free ADC membership. You will then be able to download the Developer Tools.
