Well, here's another one I just keep running into... I'd like to use a group of cells as a single cell. To be precise, I'd like to use a combination of text label/text edit/stepper as the field editor for a specific table cell. Writing a totally new custom cell is not an option. And NSView already does everything I need. Now if only I could somehow put the cells in a custom view, and create an NSCell subclass that delegates all drawing and mouse events to the custom view, Bob would be my uncle. Does this approach sound feasible? Has it been done? Any info or pointers would be much appreciated.
