Is there anyone who can tell me the exact steps to go through from the time I download the frameworks from the Omni website up until they are embedded in my deployment build please?

Have you found the tutorial on that topic? I think it was at

http://cocoadevcentral.com

or maybe it was O'Reilly's MacDevCenter, but one of them had an article on getting the Omni Frameworks working, and I think it even included infos on how to set them up as embedded frameworks.

Otherwise, it'll probably suffice to set them up as described there, and then use the tutorial on one of these sites on embedding frameworks.
