NSPanel/NSWindow staying key and front

Hi,
I have a window/panel that I want to stay front in my app, when they
try to click out of
it without clicking on the button that will close the window, I want it
to refocus and make it front once again.
I was searching the NSWindow API and didn't see anything that would
help with this.
So how would I go about doing this?
