nuking a controller (Java)

  • Subject: nuking a controller (Java)

I have a controller which I create. The controller has a window. When the window is closed, I want to nuke the controller, so the next time this method is called, it will create a new controller and window. In java, I haven't been able to figure this out.

I tried setting the window's 'dispose on close' flag in the nib but does not seem to make a difference.

There is probably a java call that I don't know about. Can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks.
