I'd taken the time to write my question properly, list what I'd tried

I guess it could be that my question on context/action buttons just
isn't interesting enough, but so far I have to say the Apple developer
community hasn't seemed particularly welcoming.
If you don't get an answer to a question, it is possible that one of
these things happened:
1. No one knows the answer to your question
2. Someone knows the answer to your question, but wants to keep it
secret for whatever reason
3. Your question was not specific enough
4. Perhaps you didn't ask a question ("I don't know how to do this" and
"I'd like to know how to do this" are _not_ questions, "How do I do
this?" and "Why doesn't this work?" _are_ questions)
5. The answer to your question can be found on the ADC Web site
<
http://developer.apple.com/> or in the list archives
<
http://www.cocoabuilder.com/>
6. Your question involved undocumented APIs or unreleased software
7. It's a conspiracy and we're out to get you <;*)

If you need a reply from Apple, and you are paying for an ADC
membership, then you should use your DTS incidents.
