My app will not startup in another account

Dear list!
I need help with this...
My app will not startup if I move it to another account. But if I rebuild
it in that account it will start.
Same if I move the app to another computer, it will not startup, but if I
rebuild it on the that computer it will start.
Can someone please tell me what's going on. This is very frustrating.
