Hi!
Very strange thing: A co-worker of mine edited some parts of my
application and when he gave it back to me, it wouldn't work properly.
Here's the thing:
When I try to run the application from the Finder, it says "Couldn't
run the application, it may be corrupted or incomplete" (that just was
me translating the german error into english, so the wording might be
different). When navigate into the package and run the binary itself,
it comes up. However, there's neither a dock icon nor a menu for the
application.
The same happens when I hit "Build & Run" in Xcode. It compiles and
starts, but there's no dock icon and no menu.
My co-worker screwed around with different targets. So what could
possibly be the reason for this strange behavior?
Regards,
Michael
PS: I would ask my co-worker what he did, but he's not my co-worker
anymore and he was very new to Cocoa, so chances are he didn't even
know what he was doing...
