Actually I want to write a 'target cross' which goes over the whole
screen.
The idea is to have two lines (horizontal / vertical) which cross on
the cursor (kinda like in a CAD tool)
Thanks,
Dominik

Hello...
If you want to simulate an onscreen display like on a TV, you could
simply create a borderless NSWindow or NSPanel with a transparent
background which contains one or more NSTextfield lines...
If you always want it on top of all other apps, you can adjust the
window layer.
Hope that helps,
Louis
Is there an osd api ala libxosd availlable?
