What if the app is aqua? If you turned off the metal does the same thing happen?

Hello.

I have a NSToolbar implemented for a window with a metal background. I control-click to bring up the toolbar customization menu and hold the mouse button down and select a menu item. The window is moving even though the menu is up. Obviously something is conflicting between the drag by background on the window and the menu.

Is there something I need to do to prevent this? It seems like a bug to me.
