I hadn't really thought about it. Since we're talking about prior years'
DVDs, the seed NDA would not seem to apply since once a release ships it is
no longer subject to NDA. There's nothing in WWDC 2003 and prior that
shouldn't be easily available without any agreement.
I guess I should take another look; I expect worst case would only allow
transfer to another ADC member of some level or other.
