Just so nobody is misled here: File bug reports. Often, the developer who is responsible for a particular part of the OS is not on this list. If you file a bug report at http://bugreport.apple.com (free ADC membership required), he'll get to see your bug report anyway, and AFAIK, if enough people complain about a bug, the bug will gain priority.

By all appearances, Apple employees aren't really allowed to just go a-hunting for arbitrary bugs. Not to mention that, if you file a bug report, they can get back to you and ask for more information, which they can't really if fifteen people just go "yeah, it's b0rked, all right" on a mailing list.
