Thanks. I'll try it.

So, binding is very buggy even with Objective-C? Java doesn't work well (try to bind to File's owner to crash!).

Who use it? What to you think about it for a use now? Binding is fantastic, but for only tomorrow?

I have experienced this problem before and have raised it in bugreport, Problem ID : 3642733 The only work-around I found was to observe the String property of the textview and when it is set, send the textview a setNeedsDisplay:YES message.
