Manual filling NSTableView

Hi.
I' trying to fill a table (NSTableView) manually, but I can't find any
information or examples about that. Only thing I can make is set the
columns headers, but I can't find any method to set one row or cell.

I'm using the nstableview in the wrong way ???

Can anyone help me with this ???
