Ok, so what is version.plist? I just created a new xcode project, and it
contains a default version.plist containing:

	<key>BuildVersion</key>
	<string>92</string>
	<key>CFBundleVersion</key>
	<string>1.0</string>
	<key>ProductBuildVersion</key>
	<string>7K571</string>
	<key>ProjectName</key>
	<string>NibPBTemplates</string>
	<key>SourceVersion</key>
	<string>1200000</string>

No idea what these are based on or what they relate to.

Googling for "version.plist" against developer.apple.com yields only a
few results, which seem to have the thrust of indicating that
version.plist is only used by PackageMaker and the Installer. True?
