English *is* my native language. If such a saying exists, it's not
common in present-day speech. I've heard of "suck eggs" as a general
insult, but that isn't common usage either. (American English vernacular
has essentially boiled itself down to swearing or euphemisms for sex, or
some combination of the two. Subtlety isn't our forte.)
