Thx J,

I knew this option. It might be fine, but I wonder,
if the is a way to integrate more tightly.

E.g. Safari may tell you , which plugins are installed, but
where is the API doc for this?

Check out Apple Services. I don't know enough to tell you how to do it, but you'd want to set up a service from you app that you can send links and copied text to.

Hi,

currently, I'm searching a method to extend Safari, e.g. pass the
selected text or the URL under the mouse pointer to my app.
Or hook my app in some way into Safari.

Do I need to write a plugin? Maybe, but I failed to find plugin coding
docs on Apple's website.

May I attach to the context menu? Would be the preferred method,
but I failed to find docs for this too.

Does someone has some sample/stuff code for this purpose?

Thx,

Stefan
