If you can require Panther then HIThemeDrawFrame() in HITheme.h might
work...
You can render almost all controls using the calls in there. Some
controls, like tabs, are still being drawn with their Jaguar
appearance. And it will even use the current appearance (Blue or
Graphite, currently).
