BTW, I think it's worth noting that the latest release of Interface Builder supports an XML-based NIB format, in addition to the old opaque binary format.


I think the text format might be worth looking at - it *might* be directly supportable, but if that's not feasible it should at least make an automated conversion tool much simpler to create.
