Not Supporting Drag operation in ABPeoplePickerView

HI, 


    I have an application with instance of ABPeoplePickerView. I am unable to drag first two groups i.e All and below group from the ABPeoplePickerView. Remaining groups are supporting Drag operation. Why above two groups are not supporting for Drag operation.  Am I missing something or is this a bug I need to report?


Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
