In regards to the source level debugger, the docs say there is a "Thread view"...
I don't have one in MY debugger window... why is that? Has it been "hidden" or
something..? How do I bring it back? I tred "mousing" around for hot spots
that would bring it up, but I can't seem to find the "magic secret key combination"
or "hidden icon" in the window that might activate this view... I'm hoping that
if I can convince my debugger to display said window, it might lead to a solution.

It's in the top-left corner of the debugger window by default. If it's not showing up for you, then you should delete the *.mode1 files inside your project's Xcode bundle (right-click on the .xcode file in the Finder and choose "Show Package Contents"). That will revert all window settings to their default settings.
