I'm hoping that
if I can convince my debugger to display said window, it might
lead to a solution.
It's in the top-left corner of the debugger window by default. If
it's not showing up for you, then you should delete the *.mode1 files
inside your project's Xcode bundle (right-click on the .xcode file in
the Finder and choose "Show Package Contents"). That will revert all
window settings to their default settings.
