It is searchable, and interface items can go directly to particular pages.

Help Viewer is a superb venue for help, but only if you're willing to take
the time to write it. The main reason most people think Help Viewer is bad
isn't that it's bad (it used to be, but it no longer is) - it's that the
vast majority of help itself is bad. m.
