I just added the following item to an Info.plist:
<key>LSMinimumSystemVersion</key>
<string>10.4</string>
When I run this on 10.3.9, the program quits with this log:
RegisterProcess failed (error = -50)
Unfortunately this is still a bug in 10.4/8A428 :( While the app
still doesn't launch at all, there's no longer any console message
for the -50 error.
