Obj-C compiler warnings

I am just starting out with Cocoa programming, so please be merciful if this has an obvious solution.

When I compile an obj-C program I get a dozen compiler warnings like:

warning: could not use precompiled header '/System/Library/Frameworks/Foundation.framework/Headers/Foundation- gcc3.p', because:
... warning: 'AvailabilityMacros.h' has different date than in precomp


I checked the modification dates of the files it's complaining about and, sure enough, they're different. Could this cause a problem? My application works fine, but I want to avoid any warnings. How do I fix it?
