I am working with iCal syncing and I have a problem. There is no "open file alarm" entity in sync schema. Question - how to sync those alarms?

The only way to do it is to rely on a private sync schema. (iCal uses two schemas, a public Calendars schema and a private, undocumented schema.) I wouldn't recommend doing that for obvious reasons. Instead, go to <http://bugreport.apple.com/> and file a bug encouraging the iCal people to move more stuff from the private schema into the public one.
