from the looks of that error the WebserviceCore framework cannot
connect to the web service. What web services framework are you
connecting to on the backend? Axis? .Net? Have you checked your
client connect? Is the server running? Have you checked the server
logs? Have you tried monitoring the TCP communication to see the soap
messages being sent back and forth? When you say it was working for
23-24 minutes then failed were you sending many messages during that
time? We need more information.
