Mouse over icon?

Is it possible in Cocoa to change the icon of the mouse?

For example, the mouse can have a pointer icon, or a spinning wheel icon, or an insertion icon, depending upon the context.

I'd like to be able to change the mouse icon to a "grabber" icon for a grabbable object.
