modifying NSScreen's visibleFrame?

  • Subject: modifying NSScreen's visibleFrame?

The -[NSScreen visibleFrame] returns a rect with the dimensions of the
screen, minus the space for the dock. Is there any way that I can
*set* this value, for instance if I have a dock-like program that
inhabits a side of a screen, and I want applications that already
honor visibleScreen to stay out of my way as well?
