canceling or stopping a print job after issuing -runOperation

  • Subject: canceling or stopping a print job after issuing -runOperation

Is there a way to cancel a print after it has begun, ie, after
-runOperation has been called?

I could simply return from my view's drawRect without drawing anything but
this just means a blank page will be printed. This is suboptimal for
thermal printers since media (ribbon) will be spent even if paper comes
out blank.

Any ideas?

-Gonzalo
