Hello:
My application makes use of the ABAddressBook's "me" method to
reference he currently logged in user, and does so immediately upon
startup. For some reason, I am no longer the me person (and this
makes me sad, on many levels, but I digress), nor is any other card
in the AddressBook app so designated.. I can't for the life of me
figure out out how to assign a record as the me person in the
AddressBook app. I suppose I could write some code to solve this
problem for myself, but if it happened to me, it could certainly
happen to my (eventual) customers.
Has anyone ever seen this? And is there an easy solution? In the
User Accounts control panel, there's an Open button next to label
"Address Book Card". Clicking on this creates a brand new card,
which becomes the designated "me" person, but that is creating a
brand new card, but that's not what I want.
Any help greatly appreciated, as always.
Main Menu->Card -> Make This my card
