WebView and file uploading

I'm trying to use a WebView to let the user upload a file to a remote server. Now in a regular browser, everything works fine and when I choose the "Select File" button in the form, a handy Open File panel pops down. Perfect.

However, in my app, that button does nothing using the same HTML. How do I make sure the user can select a file using the WebView?
