SCPreferencesCreate

Hi,

I am using this function call in two different applications. And for
the second parameter to the function it asks for a name (i.e.
application id (com.blah.blah)). If my two applications both use the
same id will this cause conflicting problems. Right now I am noticing
some weird behavior where one of the application accesses the
SystemPreferences this way and goes out to write back the changes and
they don't take effect.

But sometimes it works, but especially on 10.2 it is having problems,
so is having both apps use the same id to access system configuration
really going to cause problems?

Thanks
