dealloc instantiated objects created in Interface Builder

  • Subject: dealloc instantiated objects created in Interface Builder

When I have instantiated a class in Interface Builder the dealloc method doesn't get called when quitting the app. I checked Apples example code, but the dealloc code never gets called in the examples either. I guess this is a really stupid newbie question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
