Giving an NSWindow a mask

Hey, is there any way to make an nswindow 'invisible' by giving it a completely white mask? The controls in the window still need to be visible, so setAlphaValue is not sufficient. If anyone can point me in the right direction as to how to go about setting a window's mask, I would greatly appreciate it.
